Existing MLS listings can also be modified to display differently on your web-site only. The platform also has the capability to store the different legal text required for each IDX / MLS board. The e-mr platform will e-mail each customer who has stored a custom search, any new property that matches their search criteria each time the database is updated with the latest MLS listings.
