This module allows you to assign menus/modules and reports to specific job descriptions. Each employee is then assigned their own login and password and only has access to the functionality assigned to them by their job description.

The lead management module allows you to create dynamic forms for your website. As customers fill out teh forms and submit the information they can be added to campaigns which can be configured to send out a number of e-mails in a set order at specific intervals.
The system also allows you to add callbacks and notes to each lead. Callbacks will then automatically notify the appropriate agent by e-mail when a callback is due.
Detailed notes can be added to each specific lead and staus changes to each lead keeps you informed of the current status of each lead at all times.
